The Inner Journey Never Ends

Life: an evolving process where each stage reveals a new facet of ourselves.

 A Personal Reflection

These past few days, I have felt an oppression in my stomach. A silent weight, a tension that I can’t quite define. And yet, I have done deep inner work, using powerful tools like Reiki and EFT. I have explored my wounds, welcomed my shadows, and gone through waves of healing. And still… something resurfaces.

But this time, I choose to welcome myself with kindness. In the past, I would have filled my days with more commitments, keeping myself busy to avoid stopping, to avoid listening to what my body and soul were trying to tell me. Today, I understand that my inner rhythm is asking for something else: rest, compassion.

I allow myself to slow down, because I recognize that my being needs me right now. I embrace the little girl who was never fully seen, the one who always had to be strong, the one who sometimes felt completely suffocated. I invite her to breathe again.

I look with love at the woman who never rested without guilt, the woman who was so rigid that she had forgotten how to let life flow. I also see the young girl and the woman who never allowed herself to fail, who long believed she wasn’t important enough, who sometimes thought it might have been better if she wasn’t there at all.

Today, I choose to love myself precisely because I am struggling, because this moment is asking me to truly see myself and take care of myself. I grant myself permission to stop everything, because I know my soul needs me. This is not weakness, it is an act of power.

The Myth of Complete Healing

We often seek a “finish line” for our inner processes—a certainty that would allow us to say, “I am healed, it’s over.” But this idea is an illusion.

💡 Healing is a cycle, not a destination

Our subconscious, our energy, and our body store everything. Sometimes, certain wounds need to be revisited—not because we are regressing, but because we now have a different level of awareness to understand them in a new way.

💡 The pain that resurfaces is not failure

Each emotion that returns is an opportunity. It shows us an aspect we may not have fully integrated yet. The key is not to avoid these moments but to welcome them as invitations to refine our understanding of ourselves.

How to navigate these phases?

Observe without resisting: Let the emotion exist without trying to run away from it.
Write or verbalize: Putting words to what we feel can help clarify it.
Remember that everything is temporary: This feeling will not last forever.

Everyone Carries a Burden, Even If It’s Invisible

It’s easy to believe that some people have no wounds, that they move forward effortlessly and carry no emotional weight. But the truth is that **we all have an inner story**, even those who seem unshaken.

💡Why do we sometimes minimize others’ suffering?

Appearances can be deceiving. Someone may seem strong while carrying immense pain. Understanding this helps us let go of comparison and realize that everyone moves forward at their own rhythm with their own challenges.

💡 Compassion for ourselves and others

Healing is not a competition. There is no “level” to reach, only a journey to honor. Learning to see ourselves with gentleness allows us to welcome every step of our inner process.

Evolution Is a Spiral, Not a Straight Line

We often think we are moving towards a “better” version of ourselves as if following a linear path. But reality is much more subtle: we evolve in spirals, revisiting certain patterns but always with a new perception.

💡 Why do certain emotions resurface?

What seems like repetition is actually an opportunity to see things from a new angle. A past experience can be lived through with greater maturity and integrated differently.

💡 Accepting cycles and emotional ups and downs

We are not meant to be in a stable state of well-being all the time. It’s normal to have waves, ups and downs. What matters is not judging them but welcoming them with understanding.

Honoring the Process Instead of Seeking the Destination

Rather than focusing on a final “goal,” we need to honor every step of our inner evolution.

💡 Why should we abandon the idea of “perfect” healing?

Because it doesn’t exist. Every experience, even difficult ones, is part of our learning and integration.

💡 Giving ourselves the freedom to evolve without pressure

Finding Peace in the Infinity of Self-Work

Self-work is not about achieving perfection—it is a fluid dance between acceptance and transformation. The more we understand that we are in constant evolution, the more we can relax and love ourselves at every stage.

✨ Today, I choose to slow down, not because I am weak, but because I am honoring what my soul is asking of me. And that, in itself, is true power.
